Terence believes government works best when it is open, accountable, and subject to public scrutiny. He has consistently supported reforms to increase transparency and restore public trust in state government.

In the General Assembly, Terence has spoken out against backroom budget provisions and efforts to weaken campaign finance laws. He has called for investigations when taxpayer funds were misused and has pushed for stronger safeguards to prevent political abuse of power.

 

Terence has also worked to increase transparency in redistricting and legislative communications, arguing that voters deserve to understand how decisions that shape their communities are made. Terence believes public service is a trust. That trust requires transparency, integrity, and respect for the rule of law.
